The personnel of I TRAVEL SPB are highly qualified specialists with a vast experience in tourism.
The head of our team is Anna Artyushina, who has worked as a tour guide to St.Petersburg, Russia since 1998 and still conducts tours from time to time. Knowing the specifics of tourist business in Russia inside out, Anna successfully controls all the stages of tour planning and coordinating to insure the highest quality of services.

We were not especially keen on the idea of a "guide", but since we did not speak the language, we decided to engage Tatiana and "give it a try". How wonderful was our experience!!! Thanks for arranging our wonderful trip to St. Petersburg on June 19-20. We can not say enough about Svetlana and Slava. She was very knowledgeable about all of the places we visited. She answered all of our questions and kept everyone happy, which is sometimes hard to do in a group of ten. She was also happy to tell us about everyday life, which is just as much a part of the culture as the beautiful places we visited. I meant to contact you sooner but I have been quite busy since returning from our Celebrity Cruise.
My husband and I wanted to thank you again for a wonderful tour of The Hermitage. You did an excellent job!
Our two days in St. Petersburg went much too quickly. But we were so very happy to finally see your city. It has long been a dream of mine because I am a former ballet dancer and the Kirov Ballet has been of interest to me since I first saw it when I was 8 years old. I remember their visit to the U.S. and seeing the greats (Kolpakova, Markarova and Sizova).
Just driving by the Mariinsky Theatre was such a thrill for me. We hope to return to St. Petersburg in the near future for a longer and more thorough visit to your lovely, historic and fascinating city. Thank you so much for our tours. We will keep it in mind and contact you the next time we come to St. Petersburg.

I am writing to thank you for the terrific tour your company and our guide Olga and our driver provided our family when we were in St. Peterburg with our cruise on the Eurodam on July 17-18. The itinerary you put together was perfect, and Olga was exceptional in being attentive to our wishes and adjusting things as necessary to make our time in St. Peterburg as interesting and enjoyable as possible. We are especially grateful for Olga's willingness to share with us her own perceptions of the changes in Russia after the Soviet era, which added a lot to our understanding of the country. In addition, Olga was particularly attentive to the needs of our seven-year-old daughter Liana, even pointing out pictures and displays in the Hermitage that she thought Liana would especially enjoy. When I asked Liana which of the many countries we visited was her favorite, she replied without hesitation, "Russia," and when I asked why, she said "Olga!" In fact, last night, I found a note Liana had written that said, "I love Olga so so much!" That's a very high compliment from a very discriminating customer!
Your company was recommended to us through postings I had read on Trip Advisor and Cruise Critic, and as soon as I have a moment, I'll be adding my own recommendation to the ones already there. In the meantime, though, I wanted you to hear from me directly how much we appreciate all your company did to make our visit to Russia such a special part of our vacation.

Irina was our friendly, wonderful tour guide in St. Petersburg. Not only did she speak perfect English, her knowledge of not only main attractions, but little known facts of the local areas was most impressive! She has a good sense of humor and made our tours educational, fun and not the usual boring brochure type tours. She knows her history and has a sincere interest in what you want to see on your visit!
I highly recommend her and wish I could find a tour guide like her for Greece!

dedicated safe driver who didn't waste any time - very efficient. They are wonderful representatives of I TRAVEL SPB. Besides being a
